Why ban Pink Tax?

• Female hygiene products (such as tampons, pads, undergarments) are basic necessity. Collecting sales tax or luxury tax on these essential items amounts to exploitation of women
• Charging women higher prices for products such as clothing, razors, soaps (which are similar or inferior to those sold to men) is also exploitation of women
• Quoting women higher prices or lower discounts for services such as Web Design, SEO, Software Services, Financial Advice is not fair
• Marketing Agencies should promote products and services, that are unrelated to gender, equally to both men and women. For example, financial services, yoga lessons, cooking classes, online courses, shirts, sweaters, computers etc have nothing to do with gender and therefore must be marketed to all genders equally.
